Exchanges & Returns

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always here to help! You can return our products within 14 days exchange or returnIn exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher, An other product or your money back.

Please note, these are the exceptions to our returns policy:

  • Once an order has been confirmed, paid and shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
  • Items on sale or discount cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned.
  • Earrings and/or sets including earrings will not be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Bracelets and brooches cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Henna rings are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Items that have been customized will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Bridal sets cannot be exchanged and/or returned due to exclusivity.
  • Unique items cannot be exchanged or returned due to exclusivity.
  • All tags (if present) must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Items must not show any visible signs of use.
  • Belts must not have been adjusted.
  • Make-up and care items are non-returnable.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • The buyer is responsible for providing a correct address that the carriers will recognize as a shipping address. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping once a package has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure beyond our control, if an exchange is desired due to delay, all shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
  • We no longer accept returns 14 days after delivery, all exceptions excluded.
  • For shipments that are returned while the above reasons apply, we are forced to withhold 50% from the order amount plus all shipping costs incurred.

You can register an item for return by following these steps:

  1. Please contact us via email (info@casablancax.com) with your contact details and your order number.
  2. Please list the products you wish to exchange or return.
  3. Return the package via PostNL, UPS, DHL or FedEx and provide us with the track and trace number.
  4. Please note and write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. We advise to return the package insured, the responsibility lies with the buyer until the package actually reaches us.
  6. Items returned on sale or discount will not be accepted as stated in our policy and will be returned will be deducted from the shipping costs incurred.
  7. Returns will be handled via email only.

Additional information:

  • We aim to refund the money within 7 working days.

Outside EU additional:

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost or damage caused by Custom Clearance or Post Service outside of Europe.
  • The buyer is responsible for clearing and contacting the Customs if there is any additional information needed.
  • Returns of items shipped outside of Europe are not accepted.
